Welcome to ermonesboats.com. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or renting a boat from us. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. General Requirements

  • Renters must be at least 18 years old and present a valid ID or passport.
  • No boating license is required a full briefing on boat operation and safety will be provided before departure.
  • Renters must follow all safety instructions and navigation rules provided by our staff.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Reservations can be made online, by phone, or directly at our location at Ermones Beach, Corfu.
  • Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or online payment methods.

3. Rental Conditions

  • The rental period starts and ends at the agreed times. Late returns may incur additional charges.
  • Fuel is not included in the rental price.
  • The renter is responsible for the boat and its equipment during the rental period.
  • In case of damage or loss, the renter may be liable for repair or replacement costs.

4. Safety and Responsibilities

  • All passengers must wear life jackets provided by Ermones Boats Rental.
  • The maximum number of people allowed per boat must not be exceeded.
  • The renter must not operate the boat under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that impair judgment.
  • In case of bad weather, Ermones Boats Rental reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the rental for safety reasons.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental.
  • In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

6. Liability

  • Ermones Boats Rental is not responsible for personal injury, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the rental period.
  • Renters assume full responsibility for themselves and their passengers.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Greek law. Any disputes arising from the rental agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Corfu.
